Testimony Requirements for Special Committee on Government Overreach and the Impact of COVID-19 Mandates - November 12, 2021, Informational Hearing on Bill Drafts

Testimony for the informational hearing on bill drafts 22RS2356 and 22RS2357 must be provided to kslegres@klrd.ks.gov by 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 10. This testimony would preferably be submitted in a .pdf format and should identify your position on the bill draft (e.g., proponent, opponent, or neutral). If you are interested in submitting for both bill drafts, please submit separate files. If submitted as email text, please be advised the email address will appear on the public document. Testimony must include the first and last name of the conferee.

Please be advised this testimony will be published on the Legislature's website without redaction, and be available here.

Please designate in the subject line of email and testimony, the rs number, the position on the rs draft bill, and whether the testimony will be offered in-person (verbal with written testimony) or as written-only.
