This testimony would preferably be submitted in a .pdf format and should identify your position on the bill draft (e.g., proponent, opponent, or neutral). If you are interested in submitting for both bill drafts, please submit separate files. If submitted as email text, please be advised the email address will appear on the public document. Testimony must include the first and last name of the conferee.
