Study Topic

The Committee is directed to:

• Review and study issues, including but not limited to, the Home and Community Based Services and Developmental Disability waiver waitlist, adequate provider networks, and waiver reimbursement rates.

The Committee membership will include the following committee representatives or their designees:

• The chairpersons of the House Committee on Appropriations, Senate Committee on Ways and Means, House Committee on Social Services Budget, Senate Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Human Services, House Committee on Health and Human Services, and Senate Committee on Public Health and Welfare;
• A House Committee on Appropriations member appointed by the House Minority Leader; and
• Senate Committee on Ways and Means member appointed by the Senate Minority Leader.
